Calgary Spring Football Association (CSFA)

 

Game Day Etiquette for: 

Fans, Spectators, Families & Friends / Coaching & Team Staff / Players

 

PLEASE ENSURE YOU ARE AWARE AND ADHERE TO THE FOLLOWING:

  1. CSFA Codes of Conduct

    • Disruptive, abusive, disrespectful behaviour will NOT be tolerated. Anyone exhibiting these will be asked to leave.
      • For immediate concerns, look for a CSFA Representative. 
      • Non-immediate concerns: calgaryspringfootball.csfa@gmail.com
    • Respect and good sportsmanship is an expectation of ALL. Cheering and applause welcomed!
  2. GATES: We will be collecting a suggested $2 donation during all Playoff Games. 

  3. PARKING: Park only in Designated Areas
    • Those who park illegally will be ticketed.

    • Do not park in front of ambulance lanes or on 13th AVE NW (road running through Shouldice Athletic Park), you can and may be towed.
  4. BYLAWS +

    • No Smoking or using Vaporizers/E-Cigarettes Inside Field Gates. City of Calgary Bylaw - #57M92 - Up to a $10,000.00 fine.
    • No Alcohol - Intoxicated spectators will be asked to leave (by taxi or DD) Section 89 of the AGLA as well as the City of Calgary - Athletic Parks - Zero Tolerance Policy
    • No Pets - any size: City of Calgary Bylaw - Bylaw #23M2006 - Up to a $1,500.00 fine.
  1. TAILGATING:
    • Coffee, donuts, hotdogs, team spirit = ACCEPTABLE & ENCOURAGED!
    • Alcohol, prohibited substances, rowdiness, obnoxious behaviour = UNACCEPTABLE!
  1. STANDS:
    • PLEASE clean-up after yourselves…leave no trace.
    • We ask that cups or bags are used for sunflower seeds and peanut shells; the wind blows these onto the turf.
  1. FIELD LEVEL: ONY Registered and Insured Medical, Coaching/Team Staff, Players, CSFA Executive or CSFA Representatives
    • If you are not one of the above, you will be asked to leave the area.
